The parent trap (1961)
Two identical twins (Hayley Mills) try to reunite their parents after a fourteen year estrangement. The two girls know nothing of each other until they meet one day quite by accident. They switch identities to meet the mother (or father) they never knew after being separated by the parent many years ago.
